Make sure our e-mails get to you.
Many e-mail programs automatically put a message from an unknown sender into your junk or spam folder.
To prevent this from happening to e-mails coming from Knowledge Factor—such as account change confirmations or service alerts—you need to add knowledgefactor.net to the address book in your e-mail program.
Here's how to do this in some popular e-mail programs and services. Please consult your program's instruction manual for more information.
